I’m a former Mechanical Engineering and soon to be medical school student. I’ve been obsessed with health optimization and holistic healing since I put Rheumatoid Arthritis and Psoriasis into remission with diet and a new lifestyle. This has led me to be a persistent student of how nutrition, circadian health, exercise, and sleep effect our health and life span.

Now, I aim to use my passion for good and help others reach optimal health. My experience and persistence to perfect my craft makes me the perfect coach for the job.

The Process

#1: Goal Setting

This category focuses on setting clear, achievable objectives for the client’s health and wellness journey. It involves identifying specific, measurable, and time-bound goals that align with the client’s overall vision for their life. Goals may encompass various aspects of health, including physical fitness, mental well-being, career aspirations, and personal growth.

#2: Nutrition

I believe nutrition is the most critical pillars of health and wellness because it influences nearly all the others. We’ll first address your dietary habits, food choices, why you make those choices and what your current thoughts around nutrition are. We’ll walk through the biggest misconceptions on nutrition. Then develop a personalized plan optimized to your health and lifestyle needs.

#3: Light

This pillar explores the role of your light environment in overall health and well-being. We’ll discuss strategies for optimizing natural light exposure during the day, managing artificial light at night, and using light therapy when necessary. The focus will be on aligning your light exposure with your circadian rhythm to improve sleep quality, mood, and energy levels.

#4: Sleep

Quality sleep is absolutely essential for good health. We’ll assess current sleep patterns, identify potential sleep disruptors, and implement strategies to improve sleep hygiene. This may include establishing consistent sleep schedules, creating a sleep-conducive environment, and developing relaxation techniques for better sleep onset and maintenance.

#5: Exercise and Movement

We’ll develop an exercise plan that suits your fitness level, preferences, and goals. Ideally it includes a mix of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility and mobility work. The best exercise is the one you are willing to do, so that’s where we need to focus. Exercise is the ultimate longevity elixir, but contributes massively to your quality of life. We’ll aim to improve physical fitness, boost energy, enhance mood, and contribute to overall health and longevity.

#6: Detoxification

We’ll go over detox protocols and eliminate harmful substances and practices. I’ll provide guidance on reducing exposure to environmental toxins, implementing dietary changes to support the body’s natural detoxification processes, and adopting habits that promote overall cleansing. It may also involve addressing addictive behaviors and replacing them with healthier alternatives.

How often will we speak?

As often as you would like. I’ll be on call for all of your questions.

How long is the program

4 – 12 weeks. After just 4 – 12 weeks of a clean carnivore diet you should be sufficiently healed and knowledgeable to continue on your own.
